THE WORK WE’LL DO
My approach to counseling is collaborative—it's a partnership between you, the client, and me, your counselor. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, with challenges and breakthroughs that lead toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. You are free to explore any issue and reevaluate your needs at any time. My role is to keep you safe as we move toward your goals. I will guide you in uncovering patterns, challenging limiting beliefs, and creating meaningful change. As you discover new paths, I’ll be by your side to help you navigate.
Together, we’ll address what brought you to counseling–whether it’s:
Anxiety, stress, or burnout
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or left behind
Difficult relationships or loneliness
Low self-esteem or feeling like an imposter
We’ll work on building self-awareness and breaking patterns of negative thoughts and behaviors that contribute to these issues. As you gain deeper insight, you may find that many of your challenges are connected to deep-rooted underlying fears or beliefs such as:
Fear of abandonment or rejection
Feeling unworthy, unlovable, or not enough
Shame about who you are or past experiences
Difficulty trusting yourself or others
Fear that letting go of control will cause things to fall apart
We’ll explore where these fears and beliefs originated. How have they shaped your emotional responses, your relationships, and your sense of self? What impact do they have on your current challenges? Which of these beliefs are based in reality, and which ones can be challenged or reframed to promote healing and growth?
By uncovering the root causes of your struggles and taking intentional steps to heal and grow, YOU can create meaningful, lasting change to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Counseling may confront painful memories or unpleasant truths, but it will also empower you to believe in yourself and make the changes you need to make your life better.
